Rack Safety Inspections

All racking and shelving systems are required to have regular inspections and be in efficient working order.

We offer an independent Health and Safety Inspection Service to ascertain the integrity of your racking and shelving systems. The inspection is carried out by Dexion trained engineers and are conducted in accordance with SEMA codes and guidelines. The inspection will ascertain the integrity of your racking and shelving and our engineer will advise of what is required to ensure you are in full compliance with current legislation.

Identify damaged frames

Is the upright broken or bent?

Is any bracing bent or torn from the bolt fixings?

Have any of them been broken or sheared?

Are any torn from position, are any bolts or levelling plates missing?

Is there any visible damage, are all the nuts and bolts still secure?

Are they still doing their job?
